I believe wedding photography should never take couples away from fully experiencing their day. My approach blends fine art wedding photography with honest, documentary storytelling allowing space for real connection, emotion and movement that often become the most meaningful memories.
Rather than constantly posing or directing, I photograph weddings in a calm and unobtrusive way, gently guiding when needed while preserving the natural atmosphere and flow of the celebration. This allows couples to breathe, remain present, and truly enjoy their wedding day together.

Planning our wedding from Vancouver was hectic at times, but from the moment we contacted Irina, everything felt easier. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Her entire process from booking, to our pre-wedding consultation, to the big day itself was seamless and stress-free. She immediately put us at ease and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera.
As a not-so-PDA couple, we were a little nervous about how our photos would turn out, but Irina somehow captured the most stunning, intimate moments so naturally. She has an incredible gift for bringing out genuine connection without ever making anything feel forced.
When it came time to choose which photos to print, it honestly took us forever because we loved every single one. The hardest part was narrowing them down!

Hello, I’m Irina, a fine art wedding photographer in Ireland based near Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.

Outside of photography, I’m someone who notices small things. Light through curtains. The atmosphere of a room before something important happens. The way music, weather, scent, and memory somehow become tied together forever. I almost always have a small travel camera with me, constantly collecting little moments along the way.
I’m not interested in trends that disappear in a year. I want your photographs to feel timeless, intimate, and alive decades from now.
